To submit your Stock Cover, simply review the Covers Guide included in your toolkit. (If you don't have one, no problem! You can download the Covers Guide now.)
In the Covers Guide, you will notice a Stock Cover Number next to each cover. Simply complete the form below including your Stock Cover number and the school name EXACTLY how you would like it to appear on the cover.
You will receive a printed proof of your cover with the proof of your yearbook. They will arrive a few weeks after you submit your yearbook.
