Design your cover however you would like and then submit it to us as a single Adobe PDF file at 300 dpi. (The back cover should be placed on the left and the front cover should be placed on the right.) Please view the chart below to determine the correct specifications for your yearbook cover. Be sure to review the specifications carefully as they differ depending on cover type and page count.
Custom Covers must be submitted as a complete file, ready-to-print using the specifications on this page. Custom covers can only be submitted as a pdf.

When you are ready to submit your cover, come back to this page, and simply complete the form below to upload your cover.
In the "Email" box please enter your email address. In the "Subject" box please enter: "Your School's name-Cover submission" In the "Message" box please enter: Your first name, last name, phone number, cover type (hard or soft) and the estimated number of pages in the yearbook. Please do not skip this step, it is very important.
1. Then, Press the "Browse" button below to locate and select your "Yearbook cover file"and press "Send It" button to upload 2. Depending on the speed of your computer, this can take up to 10 minutes. 3. You will receive an email when the upload is complete and a second email within 2 business days indicating that we've reviewed your cover. 4. You will receive a hard copy proof of your cover about two weeks after you submit the rest of your yearbook.
